Integrated Property Solutions Pty Ltd may promote, recommend, supply or facilitate enquiries for third-party building products, materials, fixtures, finishes and related products (considering that products sold to customers are aligned with the Australian Consumer Law and National Construction Code (NCC) building-product compliance).

Product information, including specifications, dimensions, colours, finishes, availability, performance and pricing, may change.

Customers should confirm current information with the relevant manufacturer or supplier before purchasing or relying on a product.

Where appropriate, Enstate may introduce or refer customers to:

• manufacturers;
• suppliers;
• distributors;
• builders;
• installers;
• contractors;
• tradespeople; and
• other appropriately qualified professionals.

Where installation is required, Enstate may assist in coordinating or arranging installation through appropriately qualified, registered or licensed contractors or tradespeople.

Enstate does not represent that it is itself the manufacturer, installer or supplier of a third-party product unless expressly stated.

Where a third party supplies or installs a product, that party may have its own contract, warranty, licence, registration, insurance and terms and conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian legislation.

Unless otherwise stated, content on this site is owned by or licensed to Enstate. This includes, where applicable:

• graphics;
